The HOC office is located in the Plaza-Midwood neighborhood at 1616 Central
Avenue, which is on the corner of Central Avenue and The Plaza. (Across
the street from the Plaza-Midwood Library.) We are on the second floor of
the Wachovia Bank Building, but we have a separate entrance that is not
the same as the bank entrance. Our entrance is located on the side of the
building directly on Central Avenue.
